Rapid Technologies offers both public and private classes for Rapid Technologies Remedy courses and ITIL certification courses/simulations in various locations in the U.S. and Canada. We also offer our own BMC Remedy Web-based training courses and can customize them to your Remedy implementation or create a new custom class for you. We can also come to your facility to provide training onsite.
