BMC Remedy Consultant

We are seeking a full time BMC Remedy consultant developer. Qualified candidates should have a strong skill set which encompasses the complete software development lifecycle—requirements/analysis, development, implementation, testing and documentation.

Remedy developer candidates should possess the following:

• Strong working knowledge of the Action Request System
• Experience implementing the complete ITSM suite, which includes service desk, asset management, change management, and service level management. Version 7.0 required.
• Experience with the BMC Atrium CMDB.
• General programming experience with one or more of the following: Perl, Java, C, Shell
• Strong communication skills and experience in a leadership role.
• RAC designation is preferred.
• ITIL designation, or experience, is preferred.
